We had a good time walking around Wildlife Habitat. The enclosures are fantastic if the kids want to feed the wallabies and birds. We loved the Owls!
This is a wonderful place to have breakfast while playing with the birds, and spending a few hours, especially with kids, interacting with the animals. The place has good food buffet, and seems to be managed very well, with knowledgable guides, clean grounds, and very cute koalas!!!! I also learned that Koalas are NOT bears!!!!
Staying in Port, looking for something to take mum to, easy access and boardwalk, this was a highlight of the trip for her, breakfast was nice, coffee was cold. The wild life ranger added to the experience by letting us touch the birds and explaining different birds in the enclosure.
Fantastic experience and yummy breakfast. The park itself is such a great way to see our beautiful native animals also.

All the staff loved their work extremely well informed and gave good presentations. Visitors had the opportunity to participate feeding and handling the wild life. They had a good buffet lunch, eat as much as you can
We were lucky to have found this habitat while staying in Port Douglas. You can feed kangaroos and wallabies. Take your picture with a Koala too! The birds they have there are amazing. The place is very clean and the layout is very nice.

The children also enjoyed holding other animals (snake, lizards, birds) and feeding the kangeroos. We were slightly disappointed with the kangeroo feeding area. We had heard stories of sanctuaries where hoards of them eagerly came to...

Up close and personal with birds & beasts! Absolutely wonderful to be able to hold Rainbow Lorikeets, Koalas and a Snake!!! Hand feeding the adorable Wallabies was a real highlight of this trip.
The food looked pretty average, only sweet muffins or slices available for a light snack, nothing savoury.
Staff were very friendly & the entry fee was reasonably...
