Do the bridge climb. It's not as bad or high as you would expect. I am 52 and not that fit but managed it quite easily. Great experience. Take their advice though and don't wear your trousers under those gorgeous suits.
My partner and I received our tickets to climb our national structure last year as a gift and we could not have thought of anything better!!
The views were spectacular - I would definitely recommend climbing bridge in the group that starts during the late afternoon and finishes in the evening. You get a variety of backgrounds for your photos...

Stayed there for my 40th and was treated to a bridge climb walk - best thing have done in recent years. Was so super brilliant and groovy !!
Spectacular view. Cannot get bore of looking at it. There is also an option to go to the top of bridge walking steps but it was too costly so i skipped it. Only one minor problem I felt was reaching harbour bridge as directions were not clear.
If you can't afford the cost of bridge climb, take a walk across the bridge. Take the elevator at the eastern end of Circular Quay up to the Cahill Expressway & follow the path which takes you eventually to Milson's Point. Spectacular views, visit the southern pylon if you wish, a cost free alternative, easy walk at your own pace.

The views are amazing, but you cannot bring your own camera and their photos were expensive. You can also enjoy the bridge by train, car (which can be stressful at times). The best way to enjoy and experience the bridge...
