I am a horsewoman, so there was no question of me going anywhere else but here as a first point of call. Saw the most wonderful displays of horsemanship in all mediums, simply beautiful horses (the riders weren't bad either!) - all this in a cool, light, air-conditioned indoor school. The stables and yards were immaculate, saw young stock and... More

The world famous school is well worth a visit. You also get to see storks nesting on the chimney pots. The carriage museum is very interesting and the gardens are beautiful as well- a really serene place.

This is a World famous institution and worth going for the property and gardens alone. Andalusian horses perform in an arena including dressage, schooling, driving and dancing. I am not a great horse lover but thoroughly enjoyed the show which ends in time for a long lunch somewhere. There are two or three small bars for a fortifying glass of... More

There was nothing we disliked. It is a fabulous experience. It is clear that the people involved love horses and they are fabulously talented people. Thank you for sharing with us!

Worth the trip for us at least as this is not something we get to see often. It was a great way to spend a couple of hours after lots of sherry tasting.

My wife has a life long relationship with horses - they scare the s*** out of me. But I must admit, that to see them handled by the very best at "La Real Escuela Andaluza del Arte Ecuestre" was a very good way to spend an blistering hot morning in Jerez. We drove form Vejer de la Frontera - and... More

We visited the grounds and took in the show at the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art. The grounds were well kept and very attractive. The show took place in an indoor facility where the seating was such that every visitor would be close to the action. We sat in the first row and could almost touch the horses (there... More

The horse show is a beautiful show. Even if you're not a horse aficionado you'll be entertained with how these horses and their riders. About the only bad thing I could talk about was, the way their security personal was constantly hawking patrons to not take photos. I understand that the flash might spook the horses or they want to... More
