Have just returned from a hen weekend in the Killary Adventure Centre. A group of 14 girls who all had an absolute ball from the minute we arrived. We had the recreation room reserved for us on the Friday night where we had free reign. Arriving after a long drive to a warm fire and cosy atmosphere was great. Saturday... More

Visited Killary Adventure Centre recently to take part in a bungee jump which was bought for me as a Christmas present. The journey from Galway to the centre is not to be underestimated and takes over an hour as the roads are old. However the scenery and experience at the centre is not to be missed. I found the staff... More

We stayed for one night and did 1.5days of activities. When we arrived we were given our room and told where to go for our first activity - the turf man challenge. Oh man was it tough but very enjoyable! The room was basic - beds, wardrobe, table and stools with tea/coffee facilities, en suite with great shower - but... More

Decided to bring the family to Killary Adventure Centre as I had been at the original adventure centre through school for a weekend as a teenager and had a great time. Anyway we planned to stay 3-4 days. When we got there we found the place quite cold, and damp. We did'nt expect the room (we bunked together) to be... More

Dear Sir I am really sorry to hear about your experience in Killary and I just wanted to talk to you about your issues with Killary Adventure. Could you perhaps confirm the dates that you stayed with us so we can investigate this complaint fully? I understand your frustrations with a cold room and normally we make a big point... More

Amazing views you won't find anywhere else in the world! and it's free! There are many trails for experienced hikers or for the people who just want scenery. Watch out for bogs!

Great fun and scenic. People were friendly and instructors were all well trained. All equipment and wetsuits were in good condition. The location is ideal as a break away and there is plenty to do for all the family.

We all travelled down on a stag weekend, 14 lads in total, staying in Westport town but had a full days activities in Kilary which included lunch. On the run up to the weekend i found the admin team were very patient and helpful (mostly dealt with Linda and Katarina), as i was the best man i would have dealt... More

Would highly recommend this place. A group of 14 of us recently went and I have never heard a group of lads rave on about how good it was afterwards. The bog race is a must, there's nothing like been covered head to toe in muck (bring a change of runners and a towel). Staff were very friendly (patient) and... More
