A lovely few hours exploring underground; stalegtites and stalegmites everywhere. Lots of history, lots of fun - children love it as well.

Crag caves is outside Castleisland but well sign posted. Haven't visited the caves in a number of years but worth a visit as lovely to see. There is also a childrens indoor play centre and a restaurant.

My husband and I visited Crag Cave recently with our 3 children aged 11,9, & 5. The weather was good. We found the cave tour quiet interesting. However the highlight of the day for the guys was the play area both inside and out. The climbing wall was very popular with the 2 older kids. Each and every one of...

Went to the play area with 5 young children. It cost €40 to get in and after 2 hours they called for us to leave. I paid another €6.95 each for chicken goujons and chips which were delicious but far far too much for children's portions - why not charge half and provide half as much? The play area is...

We visited Crag Cave yesterday with our 3 Boys (4,5,9) and were we impressed !!! So first impressions - big car park - nicely manicured grounds and a lovely inviting building.
When you enter the building you instantly get a good feeling. Lots of things going on but in an orderly way. There's a really nice souvenir area and nice...

We enjoyed our visit to Crag Caves. We found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming and our lunch was very nice and great value.
The cost of our day at the caves compares favourably with all other attractions in Ireland and we spent over 4 hours in the place.
The caves themselves are excellent and much bigger than...

We visited Crag Cave in CastleIsland on a trip to Kerry. It had been recommended by a number of friends as a great day out for all the family. When we arrived we took a tour of the caves which old and young alike really found interesting but do bring a jacket as it's really cold! Afterwards, the children in...

My family went to Crag Cave as we vacation nearby every year. It was the first time for us. The cave itself was a very interesting, but tour of the cave lasted no more than 15minutes. Our tour guide had the strongest regional accent which made it very hard to understand what he was saying. (While we are originally from...

The cave here is worth visiting but I felt it was a bit expensive at €30 for 2 adults and 2 yound children.
The tour of the cave lasts 30 minutes is impressive, it is only when walking back you realise how far you have gone into the cave. I found the guide to be extremely informative and genuinely happy...
