Unlike many Tourist Information locations this one is very easy to find on the waterfront with free parking on the street and a pay car park next door. They have lots of information and there is quite a few staff to be found to help. They are not proactive about helping you like some others are but willing to help...

Nice size centre with loads of maps, all the most popular souvenirs and friendly, helpful people. Located on Strand St, next to the quay (pier) across from John Benny's.
