The kids loved it. Lots of animals to pet and feed, you can purchase feed from reception at a small cost. lots of baby animals when we went, great for the kids. All the animals appeared very well cared for. My son had lots of fun on the new wooden play area and spent hours in the sand pit while... More

The animals are really looked after and have heaps of space!! The biggest thing that stuck out for me is the farm... More

Freezing cold and damp. Not really the right choice of day to take our almost three year old grandson on his second visit to this farm park....but what an excellent visit we had. All the animals appear well looked after by the friendly staff and are only too keen to be patted and fed. We had two bags of food... More

Although a working farm (like other farm parks), this attraction was over-priced for what it is, and not as good as other farm parks in the area. - tea-room just a barn with hardly any sandwiches/food - lack of proper paths in muddy areas - health and safety issues with: the sand-pit, trampoline dangerous (parts missing/falling off) -needs a play... Took an 8 year old to Matlock Farm Park and he thoroughly enjoyed it, particularly the pony rides. We were there for 4-5 hours and could easily have stayed longer if it hadn't been so cold. I agree that this is a place to visit on a dry day as there would not be enough to do if raining. (They... More

We went recently with the kids, it was a cold day but we still enjoyed it getting the children outdoors. There are lots of farm animals to see here and they are all so friendly. The staff are really nice too. It's not a big place but we took our time walking around and finished off with a cup of... More

We went hoping to spend a few hours there, but we actually were there well under an hour. The play area is good for the young visitors, but I would strongly recommend only going on a fair weather day. It was cold and drizzly and even the animals looked miserable. We had a groupon voucher, so paid a very good... More

Thank you for your review on Tripadvisor. We try to keep our prices to a minimum, for us its always been about creating a place for our animals and not about money. The entrance fee just about covers our cost for looking after and feeding over 300 animals. Our family pass is cheaper than going to the cinema and you... More

My Wife and I took our 3 year old daughter who had great fun. she especially loved feeding the animals. There is also electric cars, mini home-made football goals and a ball, a smashing view of the countryside. I can't remember the cost for entry, but from experience that means I felt at the time it was value for money.... More

Took my son (16 month) following Groupon vouchers. Not expensive though and the interaction with all animals was amazing! Next time we will take big sis so she can go on all the parks. I loved it too. Will certainly visit again. Plan about 1hr 30 to see everything. They also have horse riding at an extra cost. Cant wait... More
