Steep hills and a stunning sea view, a very beautiful landscape. Easy to find the path but also a bit challenging as the path goes up and down and sometimes with lots of stairs. Nice to bring your own picnic for lunch!

Slightly precarious at times, but the views are spectacular and the walking is quite easy. Start at Bomerano and finish at Nocelle to avoid too much climbing. This has to be one of the most beautiful walks in the world.

Takes about 4-5 hours for the non novice hiker. Bring water and some snack to refuel with. i would advise not starting at the stepos to Nocelle..there are 1700 steps to climb!

We got a lift to Bomerano and walked to Nocelle, it was a comfortable 2 and a bit hour walk. We got a bus to Nocelle from Positano (La Sponda stop) at just after 08:00 which is relatively early for many visitors to the area.
