Paulo, the guide is a chef by trade and was extremely knowledgeable and informative in both the history of the foods and drinks of Lisbon and Portugal. He introduced us to some really great establishments that I intend to go back to during my stay in Lisbon. It was a fun first evening in my first visit to Lisbon.
