This is a free museum, put on by the EU members. Being from Canada it was very enlightening to learn how the whole process came to be and the history/changes that have occurred since it's inception. You have to go through airport security type scans to enter and backpacks, large parcels must be checked. You put down a deposit 5... More

Nice, new, colourful, friendly, fresh, clean place. Interesting to understand European Parliament in a funny way. A nice idea for family visit or with friends. And It is free!!! Also free international press. BUT: please avoid the bar or restaurant: really expensive and not interesting at all.

This is a great museum for learning about the EU. The audio guides are more like mini-computers (but don't panic - it's INCREDIBLY user friendly), and allow you to access a ton of information without having to push through crowds to read tiny plaques. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. You could really spend an entire day here if... More

I found this really impressive, very high tech and all for free! Great over view of the formation and history of the European Union, head sets with 30+ languages and an amazing touch system to get information about each display. Not too long, and with some great simulation parliament sessions and individual video screens at the end. Kids would be... More

Audio guides in all european languages could either find yours or help you learn another language. After the introduction there's almost too much information about the history and development of the European Union, which is why we didn't have enough time for the rest of the exhibition. There's a movie about how the European Parliament works, you can browse Members... More

Learned a lot during our visit to this museum, particularly how little I knew about the workings of the EU. The tour was well set out and the audio guide was informative and pitched at a good level. Came away wanting to know more, which can only be a good thing.

The Parlamentarium can be a bit overwhelming in its multimedia approach. Clearly it is addressed towards younger visitors who are used to processing information bites rather than complex, comprehensive contexts. So, what you DON'T get here is a detailed account of the workings of the different EU institutions and their background. What you DO get, though, is a very compelling... More

Spent a few hours in the parliamentarium. Extremely interesting and interactive. It's also free which is surprising given the quality of the exhibit.

There is not much to see, but it is interesting place with a historic building next to a very millenium modern construction. Very representative.

This place has a very friendly and interactive presentation of the EU and its history, of the EU Parliament and other EU institutions. They give every body a free audio guide, which allows presentations in any of the official EU languages, and assure a good interaction with the presentation equipments met around the tour. Interesting information for the grown-ups and... More
