This was the first skyscraper in Rotterdam en Europe in 1898. A masterpiece of 19th century architecture of 45 meters tall!
This is one of the few historical buildings in the city center which were not destroyed during the 1940 bombing. It used to be the highest office building in Europe (10 floors) when it was built in the 1890s. Great location by the Oude Haven (Old Harbour) too.
