Four of us 20 - 25 got on a canal bike, 7 euros each for an hour. pedalled around following the map, it was dead easy and it was funny at first then it was really nice to sit back on enjoy the ride. it was nice and chilled out, nicer because it was a sunny day. going through countless... More

Both my son's (19,9) enjoyed this cruise watching the city go by and seeing the boats navigate the corner's and bridges were worth the relatively high cost. More

Too long, no enthusiasm and a tape recorder that has far too many languages on it for you to engage with what you were viewing. More

We took Gray Line canal boat yesterday. We chose Gray Line because it was the nearest canal boat to the station. I asked the captain if all the boats follow the same route and he replied "Yes!" which was a lie. In reality Gray Line's route lies away from the city centre through some modern wide canals with very few... More

I only had one day in Amsterdam, and a Canal Bus hop on hop off ticket helped me to make the most of it. For most of the day, I used the service for fairly short distances between attractions, then at the end of the day I took the blue line in full for a bit more sightseeing. Even though... More

I went there last june and it was great - a cruise on the canal is a great experience and allow to see Amsterdam from a different angle - the bike are pretty cool - if I remember well we had 20 minutes queues and it was 8 euros per person for 1 hour, and yes it was cool! More

maybe just original for me, but I thought it was really cool to see Amsterdam that way. I took the pedalo bike and I loved the free feeling, possibility to go anywhere on the canals and admiring the beautiful streets of dam from the little pedalo, if I remember well it was 8 Euro and I thought it was well... We spent the best part of a day on the Canalbus. We did the blue cruise in the morning (which was almost empty) and the orange one in the afternoon (which was full to overflowing). It is not cheap at €20 for a day ticket but you do get to see the city from the canal and there are some... More

We did a 1 day ticket and were able to get to the sites we intended to visit. The schedules and map were easy to follow. However, the narrative on the boat was very hard to hear due to the sound of the boat motor and also the sound of the 2 way radio the operator had to use. We... More

We used the 'red' vouchers from the Holland Pass thing for this with the intention of getting around on it today, but it ended up being disappointing. Although they advertise using words like 'regular' and 'frequent', most of the routes are actually irregular and infrequent with a largeish gap around lunchtime. They also stop far too early in the afternoon/evening,... More
