I had no preconceived ideas about what this visit would entail. I joined a guided tour (available in different languages) and found there to be a lot of information about the premises, the role of the UN and how it operates worldwide. It was very interesting and I would say would appeal to anyone but not so much for children.

Very interesting tour, beutiful pieces of art, highly interesting architecture, symbolism in meetings rooms. Should be a must for everybody coming to Geneva, it really brings the UN world and issues close to those who are not politically very involved or internationally educated.
