I first visited this shop in 1996 and ever since have stopped in for a few bottles. You can ship a mixed 6 bottle assortment home. I am happy not to have to carry my purchases and it provides a wonderful surprise when you get home to receive a little piece of Italy.

We celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary in Assisi. The entire trip was wonderful but the most memorable romantic memories we have are of the "picnic in the vinyard". The food and wine that were waiting for us under the cupola brought tears to our eyes. Don't go to Assisi without visiting the SAIO Wine Shop and Vinyard.
