After a great day in florence, it was nice to come to a real bar (not a cafe or restaurant) with a beer choice other than peroni or moretti. Glad to report that this place seems to be going from strength to strength. very friendly welcome & helpful about the beer range. It's a great place for trying some interesting brews and the bar man gave an excellent overview of the various beers & ales available. However i cant help but think that the venue was lacking in atmosphere.

This was on our list of 'must visit' brewpubs on a recent trip to Florence. We weren't disappointed. Some wonderful local beers, including, on our visit two house beers. Very friendly staff - enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Definitely worth the walk over the Arno.
