Lovely selection of cafes & restaurants and touristy bits too. Nice to sit around & enjoy a drink. not too crowded either

This is a wonderful pizza with some fantastic restaurants and so close to Juliets house and many other tourist attractions.

Piazza delle Erbe with Torre dei Lamberti 84 m high tower, Venetian Saint Marco's Lion, Casa de Mercanti and baroque Palazzo Maffei is the very heart of Verona. Splendid view and hot cappuccino. Grazie mille Verona.

or at least there was in early May, the big squares in Verona all had market stalls with food, drink, clothes all available. Those stalls probably spoiled a bit of the feeling for the square and we may not have seen it at its best. There are the usual street cafe and bars, we sat in one for a while... More

Enjoyable place to have a seat and enjoy a meal or something to drink. It is more calm than Piazza Bra, but still with a lot of people around. A very lively place.
