My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our class with Chef Andrea in early May and his wife Erica was a joy to meet. Although it was a large class, we all managed to work together in the small, professional kitchen and we produced a delicious meal under Chef Andrea's guidance. I have taken several cooking classes while traveling, most of... More

This was one of the highlights of our trip! You feel like you are being welcomed into their personal home rather than a cooking class and from start to finish this entire experience was incredible and fun! The ingredients were fresh and colorful and Chef Andrea was an amazing instructor! His explanations of foods and ingredients were enlightening and all... More

We had an amazing time with Chef Andrea and our group. He is funny, educational, and the meal we made was my favorite meal in my 5 days in Rome. This class is worth your time and money! Highly recommend!!

We have visited Rome twice, both times taking this class. Most recently in April 2013 while visiting my step daughter in Rome and the other three or four years ago. It was a bit of a last minute trip this time but Erica and Andrea happily accommodated us on his day off (many thanks). This class is always the highlight... More

My husband and I arranged to take this class in preparation for our trip to Rome. We inquired via email about the class availability for the time we'd be there, and Chef Andrea informed us that there was room for us on a Wednesday. We made this class the centerpiece of our Wednesday itinerary. We paid a deposit via Paypal... More

We booked the Cooking Class in Rome well in advance for our first full day in Rome. So glad we did. This trip through Europe was six weeks and to include no museums and no cathedrals - except for a repeat of the Vatican. Our goal was fun and to get to know more about the culture and people. The... Chef Andrea and his wife were wonderful hosts and teachers. Just the right blend of teaching, humor, great food and wine. One of the best excursions we've had in our travels.

Cannot reccomend this experience highly enough. I booked this class for me and 3 friends. Right from the booking stage the service was exceptional. The cooking and learning about local/traditional food as well as basic cooking tips was thoroughly enjoyable. Book it in - you will not regret it! If I am ever back in Rome I will be back... More
