We absolutely LOVED it! It was so interesting to learn how the cheese is made and to actually watch the process (plus, it was fun to braid the cheese). If it is your only chance to see fior di latte (cow's milk mozzerella) and it's by products made then do it. It's not going to blow you away. It's not as exciting as you may be led to believe.
