Just back from Italy where we were so impressed with cooking lessons at the Cooking School Old Taverna Sorrento. Chef William welcomed us at 4 pm for a 4 hour lesson in which we made the following; homemade pasta in the form of Tagliatelle and Ravioli, traditional Bolonaise Sauce, Caprese sauce, Bruschetta, Sorrento Chicken, Meatballs, and Tiramasu. We'd thoroughly enjoyed dinner at the Old Taverna Sorrentina, and gelato was next on our list, right next door. We noticed Chef instructing a couple - we could tell they who they were wearing the matching chef hats and aprons. We watched as Chef and this couple were making ravioli from scratch.
