'Ty' was spotted late outside a pub rolling a cigarette and not in the meeting place he had advised and on introduction was clearly very drunk. We should have left then but gave the benefit of the doubt &the walk went from bad to worse. Due to his state he hit his finger in a door knocker and repeatedly wiped... More

This is a definitely to be missed experience - Ty turned up heavily under the influence of alcohol made lewd and inappropriate remarks to the all female members of our party and could barely string a sentence together . We respectfully declined to go on with the tour. Give your money to a charity at least that will make you... More

I cannot beleive that this man gets away with bullsh**ing his way around Barcelona. His facts were incorrect, he got dates wrong and even nationalities of his characters in his stories wrong too. He claimed he was a firefighter, a hero in New York yes you guessed it 9/11. Spent most of the walk calling his exwife. The only spirits... More

Unfortunitely we did not provide the level of service we hope for. When we have a group of ten many times there is one couple curious to know ¨how I started guiding ghost tours¨, ¨where are you from¨, hobbies, personal life , etc. While politely answering these questions before and after our tour is at the expense of others who... We did the ghost tour on our last night in Barcelona and it was great fun, well worth the 10 euros. First off we rang to reserve our spot, met up by the fountain to see Ty, imagine Jack Black as a paranormal investigator in a cloak and top hat to get an idea of who to look for. After... More

Ty was great, knowledgable and theatrical. It was fun walking through the gotic While listening to the stories of old Barcelona. The time flew! To all those haters out there, what did you expect? A real ghost to come out and give you a massage? Seriously it was great entertainment good job Ty, my wife and I enjoyed it very... More

We had a fun time. Ty was interesting and informative and the sites of gothic Barcelona in the evening were spectacular. This isn't some cheesy scary tour so if thats what you're after don't waste your time. If you want to learn something about Barcelona and have a good time along the way then it's worth a look.

This was a brilliant little tour about ghosts, secrets in the gothic architecture and the subtle intricacies of Czechoslovakian divorce law. Our hero introduces himself as Ty Mcgee, an Irish American Ghostbuster, drawn to Barcelona by its ghosts, secrets in the gothic architecture and the subtle intricacies of Czechoslovakian divorce law. Ty starts the tour with a Health & Safety... More

Firstly this is not a ghost tour. not a single shost story was told by Ty, although we found out plenty about his divorce. This tour was boring and uninformative and by Ty's own admission he only began this as there was a niche in the market inBarcelona-he certainly could have bothered to do some actual research. This is an... More

A Ghost Tour can have many different genres. We lean more towards the reality behind the paranormalities and not only fairy tales! We entertain (in costume) exactly what we advertise. The science that studies paranormalities, secrets in gothic architecture is only one one story, origins of vampires, public torture and execution, a few mass murderers who lived and played in... We went on tour yesterday, because of festivals around town, me and my friend had Ty for ourselves. It was a really interesting tour. Ty is a great guy who knows how to entertain his guests and it was definitely worth it to spend your money on

Hello, my name is Julie I recently visited Barcelona in July for vacation with some of my friends. We were interested in Gaudi's architecture and wanted to know more about the history behind Barcelona. We came across Ty's ghost tours and it was awful, it was run by one man who did not seem to have a license, was drunk... More
