Spent a few hours one cloudy day. Lots of interesting shops to look at. Lots of steps so be careful.
Good shopping are it,s a shame to see so many places going skint .but some pleasant restaurants with most national foods
Nice shopping area. Please note that it is possible to take lift to/from the beach, if you want avoid walking up there. Ask around as we didn't see any signs
Tourist tat mixed with some nice shops. Love the shop with all the Jesus and Saint Icons and peculiar statuettes. Attempt made on being pick pocketed of our rucksack by strange (non-Spanish) lady made us cautious but felt safe day and night.
Many of the shops just sell the same thing at . The jewellery shops do not show prices, and they ponce on you as soon as you walk in. Hold onto bags and wallets when crowded.
The street stretches from the top of Torromolinos right dow to the beach offering a selection of independent shops selling every souvenir you could imagine shoes bags etc mixed in with coffee shops and bars the street has a safe feel day or night ad is spotlessly clean
Quite like a stroll down here, there are lots of shops although in all honestly most are just selling the usual tourist tat. The nicest section is curving down towards the beach, also there are no stand out restaurants in this area but pleasantly also no loud music bars.
lovely walk across the sea front then you can go up the gradual steps with little stalls to keep your interest as you walk up.( or there's a lift ) and then little shops and all the streets seem to be pedestrianized and lovely tiled floors, delightful. little cafes and bars and you don't get bothered.
Various shops - at the top of the street all items fixed price but as you wander down the street toward the Steps the prices dissappear and you have to barter. It can be frustration, but it can also be fun depending on the item you are trying to buy!
