We did both tours yesterday, the Berlin neighbourhood tour and the Classic tour and had a great time. The Segway is easy and fun to use and takes the effort out of seeing the city. Our guide for both was Walid and he was amazing, knew his stuff and was a lot of fun. A must do when in Berlin.
