Visited this spectacular 19th century castle, grounds and gardens on Saint Patrick's Day. We decided to go early to avoid any crowds but by doing so we missed out on the Agricultural Museum which doesn't open until 12 during the months of November to March. the museum was fantastic and really interesting, we hadn't been for many years. it was good to see they are contually working on it. The gardens were beautiful and the three lakes reflected the view.

Simply pleasant trip with amazing surroundings. Bring some bread to communicate with those peacocks if you wish to :) Very nice castle although you can only enjoy it from outside, you can see it from many perspectives!
