My girlfriends and I had a blast on this tour. I probably wouldn't go on a Friday night or during a sporting event because the pubs we visited were very crowded. So much, that we couldn't enjoy a pint. I loved hearing all the stories.

I was there on thursday 19-1-2012. Had a very nice evening, great actors/performers.

This Sunday night tour was great fun--the highlight of my five days in Dublin. Colm Quilligan and Frank Wilson, the professional actors who take you on the pub crawl, perform scenes from greater- and lesser-known works of Dublin writers and tell lots of good stories about the writers and their times. My group of about 30 visited four pubs in...

Myself and my girlfriend had a great night on the literary pub crawl. The two lads that host the evening are very talented and give a great insight into the city's best writers, as well as acting out famous and obscure scenes from classic plays and books.
The unplanned on-street entertainment is often provided by local Dubliners, who just love...

It's a walking tour, but it's not a terribly long way to walk. There are stops on the way to pubs, which take place outside, and it may get a little chilly.
I liked that...

This is definitely one of the best tours in Dublin. We really enjoyed the guide, the literature and most of all the pubs! Great fun but also a great learning evening - one of the best things to do in Dublin. The Irish guys know so much about their city, their literature and also about other places. What an educated...

Wonderful actors presenting bits of literary Ireland! Site visits appropriate to accompany authors' works, and within walking distance and paced for all. Great pubs selected too!

I recently did this pub crawl and visited four pubs on a Saturday night in Dublin-it was great! Two very enjoyable hosts led our group from pub to pub and even included Trinity College. We got tidbits of information about Beckett, Joyce, and Oscar Wilde-who apparently was a boxer at one point during his time at Trinity. I greatly enjyed...
