The tour got off to a rocky start. The company forgot to pick up some passengers who had prepaid. I happened to know these people, and so I believe them when they explained that this should not have happened and was due to communication problems within the company. The late start limited our time in Glendalough (which is spectacular) and... More

When I had left for Dublin, Ireland for a conference trip, I reserved only a total of 1.5 days to recuperate from the physical exhaustion, during which time I had hoped to take advantage of some sightseeing -of the natural kind, not the kind of sightseeing that too many people tend to get involved in. The half "free" day was... More

This was a free add-on for me as I'd stayed (survived) 2 nights at the Paddy's palace hostel (see separate review). It was an excellent tour, and I would have been very happy with it had I paid as well. It started in Dublin, and drove south to Glendalough and the Wicklow mountains, then to Kilkenny via the Brownhills Dolmen... More

We went with Paddywagon on the 20th of April 11. The young driver/'guide' forgot to pick us up at the Tourist Agency. After 45 minutes waiting, a relatively small bus came along, and the driver said: Oh I had forgotten you! All the way, he only explained things relevant to himself - I'm going to at concert; this museum is...oh,... More

The tourguide gave us all the information about Glendalough, Kilkenny and everything we were paassing on the way. It was a good mix of interesting information and funny stories. The time at the different stops was just perfect to see... More

We hate organized tours where you only progress as fast as your weakest link and are basically hurded around like a bunch of cattle. After reading reviews and looking at brochures, this seemed the least like that. This is a no-frills tour, there is no food of any kind included. To start, the average age on our bus was probably... We went on this tour on May 21st 2010. Lovely scenery, great tour guide and overall a nice day to see a different side of Ireland. The bus was air conditioned and very clean and tidy. Reliable service. Would recommend. More
