My hotel was one of the pick-up spots for the tour and they arrived right on time! Our driver, Martin, was extremely friendly and full of information! I had lots of questions about Irish culture, and he was more than happy to discuss all sorts of things with our tour group. He even stopped at a few unplanned locations so... More

If you really want to get to the nitty gritty of what makes Dublin tick yesterday and today, and get a really unique experience, and really touch the soul of Ireland, than this is the tour to take. Damien is a fabulous tour guide. If everyone cared as much about his country as Damien did, then the world would be... More

We took the trip last week and we couldn't of asked for a better day. Our tour guide was martin and he made the day and the trip wonderful. There were 5 of us and we all loved his stories and the history he provided for us. I would highly reccomend this trip for anyone who wants to get out... More

My sister and I were signed up for the Newgrange tour but unfortunately, as January is the lull of the tour season, we were the only ones signed up (this has happened three times on our trip). Day Tours Unplugged were the first and only to not only personally apologize, but also offered to take us on the Wicklow tour... More

We went on the Newgrange tour on New Year's Eve, with Damien as our guide. The day could not have been better! All of the sites we visited were wonderful, as was the countryside in general as soon as we were off the motorway (during which we enjoyed a mixture of commentary cleverly tailored to the our group, and some... I was extremely reluctant at first to take a day tour, but was pleasantly surprised at the quality of our guide, Damion. An experienced traveler himself, he understood clearly the distinction between a tourist and an independent traveler. In fact, he encouraged others to embrace the distinction as well. Damion took us around and educated us about Irish culture, history,... More

Our tour guide was great and really informative. The tour through the national park was a brilliant addition to New Years eve celebrations in Dublin. As with all our lovely Celtic lands you can't guarantee the weather but I would highly recommend this trip. More

We traveled to the Wicklow Mountains and had a perfectly splendid day. Damien was entertaining and great fun. We enjoyed the day even with the short hours and holiday week. Damien was able to have the Avoca weavers open up shop for us and we had a lovely tour, even though it had been closed for holiday. Thanks to all... More
