My wife and I have been regular visitors to Cork for many years. Whenever we arrive the first place we visit is the tourist office on Grand Parade. The staff there never fail to give us details of lots of new and different attractions in the area, going out of their way to be helpful and showing their full knowledge... More

Having met two of Cork's city's tourism ambassadors, we were offered and in depth and insightful guided tour by them, which included access to some of Cork's historical sites which are not easily accessible such as Elizabeth Fort and Christchurch. we were dissapointed to find no street maps of cork city so that we could find our way around the city.we found out about the different things to do in cork when we went to other towns and got leaflets from them

Central position has all the info and advise you need loads of brochures maps etc.helpfull staff. all sorts of apps for your smart phone.

We needed local and route information. Nothing was a problem with well informed and helpful staff. We even learnt a few tips to help us a long our way we hadn't thought to ask so if you have a question, these are the go to people.
