Blustery wind swept walk with a magnificent view of the Cliffs of Moher. Driving around Ireland is fantastic and this makes an excellent stop along the way. More

The views of the Cliffs are amazing. The drive is also scenic (the roads are incredibly narrow, but safe). The catch...the wind howls off the Atlantic Ocean and it can get damp and blustery. Make sure you have a warm coat, scarf and gloves. More

Even though the weather was bad, the Cliffs lived up the their reputation. They were truly majestic! The visitor's center is not too bad, but the exhibits and so forth are not well marked. Minor complaint, because the Cliffs are the real attraction! Be sure and pay for parking ahead of time online to save a couple of bucks. Would... More

One of the most breathtaking sites in the world. and right beside the cliffs as you approach on the only road, there is a town just a few miles from the cliffs. Low and behold in the cold windy area of the north sea were guys and girls in wet suits ....surfing! thats right surfing! What a stark contrast and... More

The wind was icy, it was drizzling, there was a bit of fog about - and that really made it great! The drama of gusts of winds pushing you around, huge updrafts of misty rain, and rough seas far below made it wonderful. I would suggest it would be a bit blah on a sunny calm day, and the boat... The new interpretive centre is brilliant. I'm Irish and have seen the cliffs before, so I was dubious about having to pay to see a natural attraction - but it is definitly worth it. €4 for a student ticket. More

If you travel to Ireland - Don't miss the cliffs of moher. I'm Irish and have been here in the 80's 90's and noughties. It's all done up now with barriers and interpretive centre with coffee shop and shop. In the eighties I remember walking right up to the edge and leaning over - you can't do that now. We... More

Like me, you've probably heard about and seen images of the Cliffs of Moher in movies and on-line. Nothing prepared me for the experience of being there in western Irealnd in December of 2011. The trip to the Cliffs alone was a great drive through western Ireland, along narrow roads, seeing beautiful villages, like Liscannor, landscape scenes and of course... More

Its simply breathtaking, a great place to see. The paths make access along the cliffs safe without spoiling the view. And there’s something about the Atlantic wind that gets the adrenalin pumping. You feel good just by being there, but take a jacket as the wind can keep the temperatures cool even on a fine day. There is a good... More

This is a tourist destination like no other I have ever seen before. We were really excited to see the cliffs as it is one of those places in Ireland that everyone talks about. It was really windy and foggy in the morning when we arrived so we went into Doolin for a bit hoping that the fog would burn... More
