The mountain road is kept clear for access all year and the facilities at the top are fantastic. Went snowshoeing and hiking in the snow and ice in November.

What a brill trip up the mountain,i thought the cable car up and back although giving great views, a little expensive. Superb views at the top, and a good canteen. you gotta try the cullen skink, amazing!
Visited today with my mum in wheelchair and cannot fault the service from the staff throughout the whole of the facility. We went up the funicular railway and it was so easy to get on and around. 10 out of 10
