Great location and some good aspects to the experience. Free wifi (although it drops out too often). Lots of walking between "halls" but it can accommodate large numbers. Food queues are huge ... By now they should have worked out how to manage this better. Food itself was average, although the dessert was good. Coffee and tea - absolutely foul....

I was at the ICC in Dec for a company conference, food service and facilities was all spot on would like the next conference to be there! stones throw from Broad Street means lots of bars and restaurants on tap
The ICC is one of my favourite locations for conferences. Although it can be quite stuffy in some of the smaller rooms (take plenty of moisturiser with you), being next to the canal basin means you can get some air and stretch your legs in agreeable surroundings. Awards are held every year amazing event . Glamorous night as always the food was fab and hot ,not sure why the service was not as professional as past events
Plenty of staff to handle the number of visitors to the event we attended. Wasn't expecting such tasty food considering the huge mass catering but it was very nice.
Been a few times to conferences in the hall. Very pleasant and comfortable. the layout is very good as is the catering. i always brings guests and family to visit the ICC when tripping around Birmingham. It is adjacent to Broad Street and other amenities. good for a day out in Birmingham
have attended this venue for a staff conference, the room was spacious and ideal for what we needed, however was a little cold, the buffet lunch was lovely. staff were friendly and helpful. also have seen Jason Donovan in concert was very intimate and nice!
Annual Gala Dinner - how do the staff feed so many with piping hot food??? Brilliant night - just wish they would not lock the doors on one side of the building though as it made our walk back to the hotel quite long.
This building is a lovely place and is in a beautiful area of Birmingham. It is a well organised centre and is always pleasant to walk through to get to the canal restaurants on the other side.
