Perfect for children with the penguins, unlike my first experience of staking which involved a lot of time falling over on the ice! The staff were also very helpful, recommending the most cost effective ticket option. Will go again.

Went here on Saturday evening for ice hockey and the place is very clean, well maintained, has great staff, good view of the ice but lacking in real atmosphere - probably due to not being very busy. The venue is a credit to the staff who manage and maintain the building. My only real negative is the sound system -...

my nephew plays ice hockey here so I started visiting to watch him play, he persuaded me to have a go and i found, much to my surprise, that skating isn't as hard as it loks, I can even go backwards (for about 4 metres, b4 vfalling on my ar**)
Not giving right ice shoes and very poor. Can not get a penguin with out taking you shoes of rubish if you want a not so good day out go here but if not don't . Not very good .
It's actually between Meadowhall and Sheffield City centre on attercliffe common. Fantastic for public skating or skating lessons. Also Sheffield Steeldogs and several other ice hockey teams are based there.
home to sheffield ice hockey. a few skate arenas in here. large ice orientated shop that stocks more skates than i cared too see. went with the mrs and friends and enjoyed it. skate skills came back quickly.
Go here every fortnight and always have an enjoyable time. Check out the puck stop shop when you go, they often have sales on which makes them competitive for skates etc.
Ice Sheffield is a twin pad ice centre, with one rink used for ice sport training and public skating and the second, with seating (on two sides only) for around two thousand spectators, for ice sport matches and events. Make sure you have coins for the...

In addition, the seating for people who don't want to participate is comfortable and plentiful. Having only taken part in ice-skating, I cannot comment on hockey, etc....
