A beautiful park that's perfect for running, walking, cycling etc! I love the café which has a book swap and great food and milkshakes! Worth walking out the park into the woods on a sunny afternoon.

Most of reviewers are British and I understand they might see things in a positive way (especially those born and bred in Sheffield). However, as a international student I don't see anything special about this place. There is a busy street from one side and a residential area from another. The park has a nice river and small ponds with... More

Only 2.5 miles from the City Centre, it follows the Porter Brook out of the City all the way to Fulwood and beyond, via Bingham Park. A great cafe with excellent staff and good coffee, very friendly bouncy castle and slide in the... More

This was one of my childhood playgrounds when growing up nearby. I go back occasionally and am now surprised how lucky I was. It was bought and bequeathed to Sheffielders in 1887 as part of Queen Vic's jubilee celebrations. Hence the big statue of a rather grumpy looking queen at the entrance.
