It seems time as stood still. It is a house purcahased by the family in the 1920's and the sons lived there until the last one died in 1990. his is one of my favourite places to visit for I live in Nottingham.The stained glass windows are beautiful. Very peasefull atmosphere. If you get the chance to sit and listen to the choir rehearsing it is worth it!

It's super close to the centre of Nottingham and the walk there (if you go through the warren that is the Lace Market area) has many interesting buildings and streets. Good to visit different areas and this is worth a visit. opening times are variable and you need to keep an eye on this. The usual coffee mornings on saturdays and the people are very friendly running the usual charity shops in the area but helpful for the best places of interest if you ask.
