A great experience particularly walking around the shark tank and the penguins. Some hands on stuff, such as the starfish. You can get around it in about an hour or so, which makes the cheaper after 3pm option (only bookable online) the better deal

Not as impressive as expected. I would say good for the kids but not for adults. Of course, we learned something or saw something different but i guess expectation was higher. If you enjoy reading documentary stuffs then is good, if you looking forward to see a lot of new sea life species then is not worth it.
We've been here, family of four. The kids enjoyed the time and had a lot of new encounters. A large number of species from all types and the place with good maintenance level.
We went on a weekend and it was so packed that you couldn't get near any window or pool. The attraction is very dimly lit and no flash photography is allowed so we got no good pictures. Most of the fish are uninteresting with a few tropical exceptions and a very large tank with sharks that was neat. It was...

Took two babies (10 month old and 16 month old) to shelter from the weekend rain. As we had purchased train tickets to get into London, we paid £41.40 for 4 adults with babies being free. Would definitely say that the price we paid was fine, but full price is DEFINITELY NOT worth it!
Arrived at 11am and probably queued...

Nice place - not too big, not too small. When we went here by lunch-time on a Wednesday it was not crowded, but still quite enough people (some school classes, noisy). It's not like Seaworld - they don't have killer whales and dolphines, but it's a lot of other things to see. Fish, crabs, turtle, seahorse, penguin, seastar, etc.
This is a great attraction for families to spend a few hours away from the hustle and bustle of London and explore the depths of the ocean
The staff were friendly and helpful with the hands on attractions
The only downfall was that it was a very busy day (Monday) and the crowds of people inside did slow the flow...

We went to the aquarium yesterday, the queue was fairly long given it was just after lunch on a Saturday, however it moved fairly quickly and we were in within 40mins (after forking out £40 for 2 adults). This is where it went downhill. Too many people & not enough viewing areas for the bigger tanks, let alone the small side tanks...

Can be an exspensive outing if you are wanting to get out of the cold or rain if its not a sunny day in London..... and don't be court out by buying attrations together offering it cheaper, as you go onto the next attrations what we found was queues 45/60mins even longer so had to pay extra for a fast...

Went here with a couple of friends who were visiting London. They really wanted to go, so we went along for a bit of fun. I can honestly say, this is one of the most underwhelming experiences I've had in London.
