I spent the afternoon at Spa Tara with my hens this weekend and I cannot thank all the staff enough. They were so attentive and the treatments were amazing. This is a really calming place. Thanks so much x

Spa Tara is a must while you in Brighton. My partner and me love to relax in hydrotherapy room which is followed with a massage. This was totally, breathtakingly amazing! It could have been out of a Bali or Thailand brochure. i went here on monday for a treat for mine and my husbands first wedding anniversary i have to say i have been totally relaxed since we had a lovely joint massage and hydrotherapy which was most enjoyable and the staff are very friendly.

As soon as you walk in you feel like you are in a 'Classy' spa in Thailand. Tasteful, authentic decor and the staff are typical thai - just lovely.
