Really worth a visit! There are a number of different artists who have studios here and it is great to be able to see them at work. People seemed a bit reticent to go in but don't be afraid! We bought a quite a few items and were both surprised how reasonable things were.

A short bus ride away from Torquay. The helpful bus driver informed us to get off at the court and craft shops then walk down hill to the thatched roofed cottages in the village. Sunshine and showers but we still enjoyed the visit. The horses that are used to draw the carriage were tied up to a fence and looked...

The craft centre is a lovely place to browse and buy original crafts not found elsewhere. The playground is great for the children, with some novel activities. The cafe/restaurant has a good range of fare.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful gardens. The ceremony was in a tastefully furnished large room. Registrar made us feel very relaxed and the ceremony was very nice.
Decided to visit here one afternoon while staying in Torquay with my husband.

Great place for a visit. Lots of "crafty shops" a nice restaurant and wonderful just for a leisurely walk. Spend a whole afternoon, you won't be bored.
The best way to arrive is to park in one of the two car parks in the village and walk through the ground to Cockington Court. The craft centre and shops are a little high brow but worth a visit. We bought a print that with the frame of our choice was a bargain at £25. The coffee shop is...
