it was a fun time with the family prices are on the ok side I think its good as they have lots of interaction things.
saw a bunch of kids marching through the town dressed as romans lead by a roman soldier. so cute they were having a ball. \
Went first thing in the morning but were told that as they had so many school parties it would be best to return in the afternoon after 1.30 which we did.
Not a large amount of things to see but it was interesting if you like looking at Roman walls etc as my husband does.

Took my 9 year old to find out something about Roman Chester. The exhibits were thin on the ground as was the general content of the attraction. This place looked like it had been put together as a 6th form project in the 1970s. At £5.50 for adults and £3.75 for kids it wasn't worth the money, you'd be better...

This attraction was very dark and had very steep steps to descend and ascend. If you don't like archeology, don't visit Dewa.
Got brought a voucher through groupon and went to book and they said they were fully booked so can not book any date!!!!would not recommend to anyone and incredibly poor customer service when I rang

On Saturday 09/03/13 I visited this attraction with my two grandsons. It is expensive for what it is. Dark and cold. The male toilet was dirty so much so my youngest grandson refused to use it. the hands on section is good for kids. The different aspects of the digs is fascinating illustrating the diverse people who lived in Chester....
