Such a change in scenery from the rest of the park, this drive and hike are worth doing. The loop trail at the end is informative, but do take the longer hike to the falls - it is worth it.

This is a must do as far as I am concerned. It is an easy walk/hike and the canyon is gorgeous. Look for all the wild flowers too. They add to the experience.

Awesome little walk. If you go in the morning or evening you may see bears. There are also hikes that branch off that are longer.

This is really a lovely place and we took the easy hike out to the falls which took about 25 minutes each way. At one point we here startled to see to large Big Horn Sheep on the trail. They seemed equally surprised to see us. After a few seconds they figured we were harmless and thundered down the trail... More

This is a hike that just about anyone could and should experience. The hike is not in the least bit strenuous and has some spectacular views. The rock at places can be blood red to charcoal black. Along the pathway there are many signs that give information about significantly interesting facts that would otherwise go unknown by the average person.... More

Red Rock Canyon is a unique place to visit in Waterton. It is a beautiful drive with terrific scenery. We always see bears along the way. When you reach the canyon there is a terrific walking trail. A great place to see on your trip to Waterton.
