My boyfriend and I had such a lovely day with Liz. Liz gave us useful and interesting information about the horses and the surroundings and she clearly loves all the animals on her land. We spent some time getting to know the horses, who were friendly in nature and so beautiful, I particularity loved Luna, the white horse. The scenery... More

We were total beginners at horse riding and so weren't sure what to expect. But Liz took time to explain how we should handle, care for and talk to our horses and we were soon up and riding into the hills. The landscape near Granada is breathtaking and we quickly relaxed and enjoyed the views. Liz initially led us on... More

We were staying in a farm house locally. My daughter and niece were very keen to go horseriding so I booked for an hour and a half hack. The stables catered for all abilities, my daughter is a complete novice but I wasn't concerned as safety was paramount. Liz couldn't have been more helpful. The stables were well organised and the horses... More

My girlfriend and I took two days away from a family holiday for some alone time, we weren’t sure what to expect but it turned out we stumbled upon a complete gem. I can’t thank Liz enough for a fantastic two days. The horses were beautiful and very well kept, they were calm, friendly and controllable, perfect for two people... More

We are total novices at horseriding. We were not quite sure what to expect and, admittedly, some of us were a bit scared beforehand but Liz and her team soon made us feel at ease, teaching us how to be confident around the horses and how to prepare them for the ride. We managed to master the basic commands and... More

Horse trekking with Sierra Pelada is a unique way to see the Andalucian countryside. They have horses and ponies for all abilities. I had some trepidation at the start after having nasty riding accident 8 years ago but Liz and the lovely Luna (gentlest horse in the world) really helped bring my confidence back. Liz offers value for money tailor... More

We had a great time with Liz and her lovely horses. Although we are all new to horse riding, Liz made us feel at ease and comfortable. Our children learnt lots about looking after horses and even gave them a groom before heading up the hill side on a beautiful ride. Thanks for a lovely time Liz, we wish you... More

It was a little nerve racking getting on a horse again for the first time in ten years but with two experienced riding friends I thought it would be a good idea. How right I was, on arrival at the stables Liz was most welcoming and my nerves disappeared, the horses were lovely and so was the ride through the... More

Isabella was just 4 when she first visited Sierra Pelada, and mad about horses, although she had no experience of riding. We thought it would be a holiday treat, as she was staying with us away from mummy and daddy for the first time. Needless to say, Liz made us very welcome and was soon disappearing into the distance with... More
