Positives - I received a friendly reception and the donation for admission is a good system. I joined a small tour group going through which provided me with great information. The rooms, however, can provide a tour on their own. Using motion sensors, lights, sounds, and by touch a voice recording direct young and old through a natural and cultural... More

Some breathtaking exhibits. Very well done. Informative staff. Small gift shop. Sections on minerals of SK, Native People history, Prehistory, different habitats of SK, and ecology/environmentalism. Very well done presentation. Expect to spend a lot of time here.

Essentially a natural history museum. Great displays showing the paleogeological, paleontological, and anthropological history of saskatchewan. Well thought out and presented. Admission by optional donation. Don't stick hands nor head past the railings or sirens will quickly put you in your place. This museum was a pleasant surprise.

Admission is by donation. The dinosaurs area is dated and a bit lacking. However once you get past the dinosaurs, you enter the section on native history in the prairies. We spent most of our time there and it's worth while to take your time here. There's artefacts and very moving accounts of rituals and how their way of life... More

Admission is by donation, nice touch. Displays are interesting for young and old alike. The gift shop is nice but could be larger with more variety. Lots of parking with easy access to the museum.

It is amazing what information this ittle museum holds. It is run by a volunteer board of directors and contains a multitude of information on the first nations history of Canada and the geology of the area. A must see for all visitors to Regina.
