Fantastic downtown location, wonderful productions, worth every second you spend there! First visit was in Dec/12 - but will definitely return!

If you usually shy away from one person shows and are turned-off by mask theatre - get over your assumptions and go see I,Claudia playing at the Globe until April 28th, 2013. Actress Lucy Hill takes on a challenging project and shines.
I have been attending the Globe Theater for some 20 years now, and it still amazes me how they can turn a small single room, into numerous locations, stages etc. There is nothing like live theater in the round.....you must at least go once, and see if the bug doesn't get you!
I'm not a theatre buff but i enjoyed the show the night we went. Nice alternative to the pub scene and if the show is of interest to you.
Loved the play and was a reasonable price. Just the right time frame. Accommodating to change date from our original date.

We've had season's tickets to Globe Theatre for years and thoroughly enjoy it. Globe Theatre routinely recruits actors and other crew members from across Canada, providing a large pool from which to select the best talent for any given show, so the acting quality is always high. If you are here during the time of a live play whether it is main stage or the Sandbox it is a very good value for your money. We are season ticket holders and love the Globe. I believe shows like the Buddy Holy story or Patsy Cline are so great it is something that make great gifts.
always a fun venue...have spper downstairs at Beer Brothers....then head upstairs to be entertained....inexpensive seats....plus you can pre order your intermission refreshments. Programming has been fantastic this past season. I enjoy the final nights where you can meet the cast...and enjoy a snack...lots of fun
