Round trip adult fare is $6.50 (in June 2013). We took the Ferry at night and got a fantastic view of Old Quebec all lit up. It is not fancy, but it does the job if you want to get some great panoramic shots. Ferries run every 30-60 minutes depending on the time of day. Check out the website for... More

We took this ferry at the time the sun went down, it wasn't very full, mostly people going home from work and a few tourists like us. The trip across... More

A gentle cruise across the river, excellent scene of the Chateau and lower/upper Quebec City, great value for the cost.

Short ride but nice view of Old Quebec and at a fraction of the cost of the tour boats offered by the tour companies. Costed $11 for two people + car to cross over. Must try the popular ice cream shop on the other side.

The ferry ride was the high light of the bike tour we took on the South side of the river. It was freezing and the wind was strong in May. All I remember from the tour was biking and more biking. I felt rushed and there was no time to stop anywhere for photos. I was the slowest of the... More

Each time my husband and I visit Quebec we ride the ferry. The views coming back across the St. Lawrence are spectacular. One can see the Chateau Frontenac as well as the funicular. For about three dollars one gets an amazing view of Quebec. Don't miss this experience. Oh yes you do not have to exit the ferry..just stay on... More

Don't miss this! At $3 per person you can't get a better trip out and back across the St. Lawrence, take late afternoon and see the sunset on Hotel Frontenac, the architectural majesty of this magnificent city!

The ferry is quick and so efficient! Much more convenient than driving through the city if your destination is Old Quebec, as well as a much quicker way to leave Quebec City for the Trans Canada.
