we visited the City Hall as the mayor resigned. We were so sad for him. The place was full of people and journalists. Wow: what a nice building and it seems to be buzy.

Although architecturally interesting, the city hall is noted for nothing except higher taxes, secretive city management, and Charles de Gaulle's famous( or infamous depending on your point of view) 'vive le Quebec libre' proclamation.,
Well how ebulient can I really get the building is amazing beautifully maintained and Historicaly important, the grounds are the same if a little sparse out back. In the end I can only rate this as something to look at and not something to feel because after all this is the place that taxes us all.
