What a fantastic tour of Toronto. While it covered a small area of the downtown core, it was packed with information that provided a truly unique perspective of the city. As a local to Toronto, I gained an immense appreciation for my city and would recommend this tour, or any other that Toronto Urban Adventures operates, to anyone - locals... More

We had a great time learning about Toronto's history with beer and other local history. Our group of eight were easily accommodated in the local pubs where James (our leader) schooled us in the history of the pubs and the beer served. A great time had by all.

I went on the "Highs and Lows" tour with James on a Saturday morning. James is an awesome guide! Very knowledgeable about the city. The parts I liked the most were his special stories about Toronto. He has so many fantastic stories that make the tour a real pleasure. James' tour was one of the best I have ever been... More

Lots of good info and tasty food on this tour. I would recommend it to friends and Anthony Bourdain.

I highly recommend the 3 hour tour of Toronto through Urban Adventures. Our guide, Jason, was a native Torontonian, and it was a personalized, funny, energetic tour with some surprises along the way. I learned so much about the city. Highly recommended! And don't forget to tip your guide!

Even as a native of the city this was a great way to learn about good options for food in the city and some fun facts as well. I feel like I am a better ambassador of the city now if I ever have visitors from other cities over.

How lovely to take a walking tour in your own city and learn a whole lot of new stuff, with tastings of a dozen different craft beers thrown in -- at two pubs and the Mill St. Brewery -- as part of the educational mix. We've done walking tours in London, Paris, Barcelona, Rome, Venice, Berlin, Auckland & Sydney, but... More

This was a very enjoyable experience. Our guide Jason was vey knowledgeable and well spoken. The tour was scheduled to last 3.5 hours and went on to a bit over 4, but our guide was in no rush as he wanted to make sure we had a great time. I would recommend this tour to anyone and look forward to... More

This is one of their newer tours and I really loved the history of what makes 'hog' town just that. I really loved sampling the different pork foods with great beer. I learned more from our visit to The Healthy Butcher and actually now understand why meat here cost much more than what you'd find in a corner Metro, Sobeys... More
