Took a hike on Mt Seymour- amazing! Walking through the clouds, you feel like you are alone in the wilderness, my memories are so vivid. Would definitely return and spend more time if possible. Didn't go to the very top but so many beautiful stops, ponds along the way. Had some friends go to the top and said it was... More

Great escape into the wild so close to the city. Great for walks or hiking. Skiing not so great there are better local mountains

Yes its not as fancy as cypress etc but its better. There aren't a million tourists, it doesn't have a bunch of people that can't ski. It has... More

As a kid it was close enough to ski on my lunch hours, a an adult it was a full day of fun. Nice runs and easily accessible - no waiting for gondolas to take you up the hill - just drive!

We were recommended this mountain being first time skiers! We had a private family lesson which was very reasonable we thought, which included ski, helmet, ski pass and boot hire and a 2 hour lesson. Our instructor, Joseph, was patient and very helpful. The mountain is beautiful and the views are unbelievable. We returned there a couple of days later... More

If you would consider yourself a fairly good skier or snowboarder, then this is one mountain that you will want to skip. The views are great,. but the runs are long and flat with lots of bits that require walking.

Lovely pacific alpine forest. Dog Mountain trail at any time of year is our go to with visitors, an interpretive (lots of roots and rocks which make you look where you are and are going) trail that brings you to an amazing view of the entire lower mainland and the gorgeous Seymour River valley. Even if it's fogged in, it's... More

While never having skiied here I have gone up to walk around in the summer months. An easy place to get to and fun for an afternoon's outing to drive up the mountain and enjoy the views of the North Shore and city.
