If you come to Vancouver and you don't spend a day exploring this park, you've missed something too spectacular to miss. If you're on foot, get yourself onto the seawall and pay attention to the lane markings. You don't want to be killed by cyclists or roller bladers by tripping into their lanes. Rent a bike and do the Seawall. Great place to see nature and just relax spend the afternoon here. Prospect Point has some really good photo opportunities of the Lion's Gate Bridge.
The sea wall walk is terrific and the park has restaurants and cafes , playing fields and gardens the aquarium is there as well. We took the horse drawn coach ride which was informative and very pleasant.
this park is gem, locals are so lucky to have this nature at their doors. walking, running, biking, hiking on the trails all this close to the pacific and walking distance from a wonderful town
A great seawall bike ride with a well planned bike path to keep you off the roads. The park is always well kept
Very huge park with 8 km circumference and n number of trails within park .... Liked greenery, Lost lagoon, prospects point specially from what I traveled.
After breakfast take a stroll down to Stanley Park along the waterfront until you get to Denman Street. Here you're spoilt for choice for bike hire. Get a bike, grab a park map and off you go, worth every dollar
