It's the Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth, what more can you say? Well, it's also very pricey and super crowded. It costs us at least $200 to take our kids there for a day. There are ways to save money, like going on family day or arriving super early, but even then, by the time you buy snacks and some... More

Having a 3 year old son, I have a new appreciation for the Stampede. It's no longer about the parties; we enjoy touring the agriculture and military displays and the odd show in the Corral. Much of these things are included in the price of Gate Admission.

There is something for everyone at the Stampede. From concerts to midway rides to the rodeo and chuck wagons, there is something for every age group. I highly suggest checking out the Market in the BMO Centre if you want to do some shopping, the Rodeo and Chuckwagons are very exciting but you will need to buy tickets in advance... More

It's difficult for some Americans, myself one from birth , to admit that something with which they are familiar is not necessarily uniquely theirs or at the very least another gift to the world. For the idea to be entertained that a whole culture of what is referred to as "The Wild West" may be done at least as well... More

Costs way to much, the lines are too long and it is too crowded. I guess if you are looking to waste a bunch of money then this is the thing to do.

I have been going to this excellent event since 1996,and I just can't get enough of it.I look forward to it every year, and every year it seems to get better and better. The music line-up is always excellent, with all types of music for all ages, not to mention all of the different types of food on offer as well. But of course the... This is more than just a big city fair. The CS is an event the entire city gets behind for 10 days with pancake breakfasts scattered around the city every morning, theme decorating in local businesses and EVERYONE EVERYWHERE wears desses western for 10 days! The rodeo is always good entertainment but I prefer the Chuckwagon races coupled with the... More

Great deal for the price of admission, lots of games, good food if you look around for the less expensive versions.

Love the energy, the sights, sounds and smells. The Grandstand Show is the best outdoor show ever. There is never a bad day to go however the best day is the last day. This is traditionally the biggest fireworks show (longest) as they use any left over fireworks.
