it looks like its being restored in some parts but the outside of the cathedral, in my opinion, is the most interesting in northern mexico.

Located on the town square (city park). Beautiful surroundings and local shopping nearby. Local people relaxing on surrounding benches talking and feeding the birds.

A Baroque style church used daily for prayers. It was renovated in later years. The different styles are visible in the extensions. It is open to visitors to walk through and take pictures. It has a small curio shop. It is a bit odd to take pictures when somebody is inside praying.

There are no many place to see in Saltillo, so if you are in business travel, and have free weekend / time, this place might be nice to visit. In case and you are there, try to get up to the roof where you can see the reflection of the in front square through the smallest window crack.

Doesn't matter what faith you are it is a beautiful sight. It is located in the heart of downtown which is also beautiful in its own 'old rustic' Mexico feel.

Went to a wedding here so it didn't get much better. Pretty spectacular cathedral and even prettier at night.

Beautiful carved doors. The interior was beautiful as well. It was a holiday (Guadalupe) so many people were visiting. Well worth a visit!
