The garden staff do an excellent job in maintaining this wonderful place that is ideal for picnics, wandering about, and looking at the plants and trees. Fantastic history about this gardens and so, visiting here with one who knows of its history will make the time here more worth the while. More

The gardens are generally cool and relaxing, but the unsightly condition of the president's house just ruins the scenery. More

A refreshing scenic spot overlooking the 'magnificent seven' historic building, the president house and the zoo, an ideal picnic spot if you want a breath of fresh air. Sometimes there may be distraction caused by group outings. More

very well kept gardens, with a colonial feel, and next door is the zoo, we had a lovely afternoon there, as we couldnt get to maracas bay due to the roads being too wet, but the zoo was fab! More

We visited the Royal Botanical Gardens as a large family which consists of me, my wife, my two kids, my wife’s parents and her brother’s kids. The place is really very beautiful with lots of trees, shrubs, etc all neatly labeled with their common and scientific name.
