Words cant express this beauty of a beach. Food is available a every turn. Bathroom facilities, lifeguards are always present too. Maracas is a must see/visit. I strongly advise everybody to go there at least once.

This is the #1 spot in Trinidad for bake n' shark. Very tasty. There is also free wifi on the beach! Nice views and warm water make this a good spot for a half-day getaway. About 40 minutes from the Port of Spain by car, the drive is scenic and winds up the mountain. Bring bug spray as the sand...

A very beach from Mondays to Saturdays. Not recommended to visit on Sundays or Public Holidays as it can really get crowded and the beauty of the beach in my opinion is spoiled.

This is truly a treat for the senses. From getting there via the North Coast Road to standing at the lookout to actually being on the beach sipping a Carib and eating a Richard's Bake and Shark, Maracas Bay is a WHOLE and wonderful experience. I like this beach very much, but if you are not a surfer then the waves can be seriously overbearing!! Otherwise, its a fun place for friends and family to hang out.

Love the location of this place,just before the sea,local food(very tasty),great bar and very very quiet night time,certainly the perfect way to relax,in the wonderful Maracas Beach

Maracas beach is one of the nicest, but also crowdiest in Trinidad. Shark burger is a must... :-) you shoud try it while at Maracas beach.
